GEL-SD Arzachotto x OTTO958 - Dioptase/Dioptase

The GEL-SD Arzachotto takes a familiar style and flips it into something more conceptual. It comes via OTTO958—Kiko Kostadinov’s ongoing project with LA gallery Morán Morán—so the whole thing leans more design than straight performance shoe.

It’s based on the GEL-SD, but stripped right back into a laceless, slip-on build that wraps the foot in one go. The shape pulls from...an egg—pairing a structured outer with a softer interior, so it feels protective without being stiff.

There’s a stitched forefoot and an extended tongue that gives it that enclosed, almost cocooned feel, while cut-out sections and subtle OTTO branding keep it from feeling too clean or obvious. Underneath, you still get that tried-and-true GEL cushioning and a sculpted midsole, so it holds onto its running DNA without feeling overly techy.
